Ed Stolarski is President of Utica Equipment Finance, a provider of customized equipment lease and loan solutions to North American businesses. Ed spent his entire career in the financial services industry and has originated and structured billions of dollars in equipment finance transactions. Well known for his honesty, integrity, and perseverance, he ensures each client’s needs are efficiently and individually met. Before co-founding Utica Equipment Finance, Ed was a Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Nations Equipment Finance and held leadership roles with GE Capital, Tygris Corporate Finance and FirstLight Financial Corporation.
Stephen J. Healey
Managing Director Sales
Stephen J. Healey is responsible for the company’s sales efforts and overseeing business development activities throughout the United States, working from our Boston office. A seasoned professional with over 25 years of leasing and leveraged finance experience, he is adept at sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing middle-market transactions to support growth efforts. Before joining UEF, he held senior sales positions with Capx Partners, Full Circle Capital and CapitalSource Finance LLC. He started his financial career at Bank of Boston and earned his BA from Harvard University.
Associate of Credit and Underwriting
Chris Koennecke is responsible for evaluating and underwriting commercial lease and loan requests and managing a portfolio of accounts. Before joining Utica Equipment Finance, Chris was an Associate with KPMG LLP where he analyzed risks, processes and controls for select business units and analyzed industry trends to support go-to-market strategies. Previously, he held equities and sector fund research and risk management roles at Walbert Capital Management, LLC, and The Clearing House. He earned his BS in Economics from Quinnipiac University where he graduated cum laude.
Director of Credit and Underwriting
Marc Parauka is a seasoned credit professional with strengths in financial analysis and managing customer relationships. Before joining Utica Equipment Finance, he was Vice President, Business Banking Credit Analyst at Wells Fargo. Previously, Marc was responsible for underwriting complex equipment lease and loan transactions with EverBank and GE Capital with a focus on the marine, energy, oil & gas, and construction industries. Marc earned his BS in Business Administration from Bryant University.
Honorata Pustelny is responsible for closing equipment financing transactions in adherence with Utica Equipment Finance/Utica Leaseco policy and compliance requirements. She has deep expertise in lease and loan documentation and contract review and works closely with underwriting, legal and account management team members. Prior to joining Utica Equipment Finance, she held senior contract administration and sales positions with several companies, most recently for Pelagic Capital Corporation. Honorata earned her BS in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.
Britt Stackhouse is responsible for sourcing and developing client and referral source relationships throughout the United States. He brings two decades of business development experience and has a keen focus on origination and execution of financing loan and lease transactions for sponsor and non-sponsor backed middle-market companies. He also has long-lasting relationships with owners, entrepreneurs, equity sponsors, and an array of capital providers including banks and specialty finance companies. Prior to joining Utica Equipment Finance, he served in senior positions with Lampert Capital Markets, CapitalSource and Nations Equipment Finance, surpassing goals and increasing volume in each post. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Francois van Reede
Business Development Officer
Francois van Reede is responsible for sourcing and developing client and referral source relationships throughout the United States. He brings 25 years of business development and equipment finance experience, having worked with some of the largest banking and financing entities in South Africa, Canada, and the United States including Barclays Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, GE Capital, ABN-AMRO Bank and Caterpillar Financial Services. Prior to joining Utica Equipment Finance, he served in senior positions with Sterling National Bank and Nations Equipment Finance, helping companies with financing solutions that helped them succeed.
Managing Director – Sales
Matt Worman is responsible for the company’s sales efforts and overseeing business development activities throughout the United States. Dedicated to serving clients, Matt has an innate ability to understand a company’s specific needs and structure finance products to support clients’ growth efforts. He brings 15 years’ experience in the equipment leasing industry. Before joining UEF, he held senior sales positions with Nations Equipment Finance, NewStar Financial, and Radius Bank, and started his career at First National Corporation. He earned his BS in Business Communications from Kent State University where he graduated cum laude.
